I have 6 nights between Osaka and Kyoto in November — currently we are in Kyoto over the weekend and Osaka during weekdays. But we've realized that it may be better to swap that and avoid being in Kyoto on weekends given how busy it is, and perhaps Osaka is a better weekend spot anyway.
Is it worth the hassle to swap? Will it not make a difference ultimately since Kyoto will be busy no matter what? Any tips appreciated.
