So the bicycle/moped parking at my station is always full (overflowing really) but they still sell the monthly parking passes.
Seems kinda pointless to buy one unless you need to catch a train before morning rush hour or after evening rush hour.
Or is there something I’m missing?
Went to hard off yesterday and found a 2024 built 14′ HP laptop for ¥47,500. A bell rang inside my head, maybe I’ll buy this thing and use it for watching YouTube, movies, anime and Premier League football. My Macbook Air can do work related stuff like excel sheets and responding to emails so as to give it some rest and not overload it with too many tasks. Thoughts?

I had to get stickers for a small office chair that I want to throw out. I checked with the local government website saying I need two A-stickers of 200 yen each.
So I go to the konbini near my home and ask: 新宿区の粗大ごみシール、A券を2枚ください
At the two Lawson I visited they both gave me a head shake.
At the 7-Eleven I got the X sign.
At Family Mart, the nepalese guy who could not speak Japanese very well had no idea what it was.
So four stores and no stickers.
I thought you had to buy them there, but maybe that info is outdated? Or am I asking the wrong thing?
