Insect situation

Hi everyone

Im going to japan
September end to mid october

I was wondering about the insect situation

Osaka kyoto takayama kanazawa fujikawaguchiko tokyo are gonna be my main stays

A little bit of hiking
Maybe nakasendo trail etc

I have a bad insect phobia

Ants mosquitos are fine

But lizards bugs spiders are too much

Will stay at good hotels but wanted to know the situation and what its gonna be like realistically
