Are those hotels a scam?

I'm trying to save as much on accommodation because I'll be staying for 10 nights in Tokyo.

I've seen some hotels for as cheap as 500 dollars for 10 nights, most are capsule and mixed but there are many single rooms and studios for this price.

So will I get scammed if I book something like this, or it's realistic?
