Hi there, were currently staying in japan and planned to attend the obon fireworks. But it seems like they are only for guests of the musical/concert which hosts in the stadion tonight. Are there any celebrations open to the public? Where do the lampions get put to water? Is there any particular place we could visit to see the giant burning letter in the mountains?
Im having trouble finding information about this on official sites, so thank you very much for any input!
