Found an odd mole on scalp, does the 皮膚科 do biopsy right away or they refer you to a big hospital?

As the title says I found a very odd mole and am very scared. I can speak fluent Japanese but have never been to a 皮膚科 before. Do they take you seriously? The mole is on top of my scalp.

I'm v scared so I prefer to know the results on the same week/day (preferably) so do you have any recomendations in Tokyo?
