So I setup a JP bank account and received my card. Want to login to the website and so need to authenticate with the app but getting this error. The thing is I already gave them my phone number and location during the opening process. What do I need to do? Ive never seen an option to setup phone number in an ATM. Do I need to go to a JP bank atm specifically?
Heres the error message:
