As stated, I realized today that I had let my shaken expire on my car. This is mostly due to me being an idiot and mixing up what Reiwa year it was (and not realizing that my car has shaken every year because it’s old). Obviously, I will not be driving my car until I get this fixed. I am aware of the temp license plate and such and I am up to date on all my insurance, but I am concerned because I have been driving it for over a month with the expired shaken. I suppose my question is how do I get it taken care of without admitting to this fact? I really don’t want the fine/jail time.
