Lately I have been tempted to purchase a house in Kyoto, I'm talking about a property built around 1975, look very liveable and can be rebuilt 100%.
I'm planning to do a home inspection and I'm trying to get info from the agent about what renovation have been conducted, if the seismic were reinforced, and how likely I am to get the defect insurance for this property.
I'm also gonna conduct thermite inspection and extensive pipe/drain vérification.
I was wondering if some of you have had this experience and could give me some recommendations?
