Last minute registration of address and renewal of working holiday visa?

Background

I have a Working Holiday Visa that requires renewal every 6 months

I entered Japan and started the visa in March

Travelled around looking and never had a permanent address so never registered (stayed in hotels/airbnbs)

Left Japan in mid-May (stayed in Japan for a total of 80 days) – had to go home for a family emergency

Have special re-entry permit (was told by immigration officer on the way out that I can resume my stay as long as I return before my card / visa expires (31 August))

I am planing to return to Japan next week and want to continue with my WHV by renewing it

What issues might I have?

From what I have researched, I should go and register my address before trying to get my visa renewed.

It does not seem that any of these steps should take more than a day so is it reasonable to think I can get this done in 2 days (before my period of stay expires)?
