Itinerary Check – 16 days trip Early Oct.

Hello everyone. Some background for context. I'm in my 40s and have some mobility issues (Bad right knee and hip). It's nothing extreme but it does give me trouble with stairs and steep slopes. I did the golden route last year for reference. It's been hard researching some of these locations so if anything here raises a flag regarding accessibility please let me know. I might have gotten greedy with my travel plans so some sanity check is appreciated as well regarding travel logistics.
