Hello sorry for such a bad title. But I am a software engineer with 2.5 yrs of experience. I make around 9-9.5m right now. While I looking for my next switch I came across some roles and seems like my salary is capped around 10-11 max I was hoping to make 13-14 since more increased experience. So I am in rather weird dilemma that should I stay and hopefully in coming 6 months or so I might find a job with desired salary or just move back to India where they are paying around 8-9m(40-50lkh inr) and with India being cheap too. The thing is I don’t want to leave Japan I like it here.
Sorry if then post is bad and vague please let me know what do you think or if you need any more info.
