Basically I transferred here for high school . I’m doing 3 years I’m not just an 1 year exchange student . Anyways called Kyoto bank today they said I can’t get a bank account with them until 6 months after my arrival in Japan.
The way the school works is that they take money directly from Kyoto bank. As my parents are still supporting me , the only way I can think is to transfer the money directly from our UK bank account to the schools one .
However all the bank transfers we’ve made to Japan so far for other things not school fees . Have all been cancelled for some reason . Has anyone gone through a similar situation.
