Places in Tokyo with the highest likelihood of foreign workers in combinis?

I’m applying for a dispatch company for convenience stores (7/11). I want to find a place where I can have the easiest time working (kinda desperate for money rn). I have experience working as a 7/11 day shift staff, and some of the Japanese staff were a nightmare to work with. They were extremely nitpicky, micromanaging, constantly dismissive and aggressive (even my coworkers hated them), all this for a minimum wage job. I can handle rude customers, but not coworkers.

I found working with the South East Asians and literally any non-Japanese much easier because they don’t treat their jobs like it’s their life. From experience, can you guys recommend any areas I can apply and work in? I heard Roppongi in particular has a very high percentage.

Im saying this as a Japanese, I rly can't handle these nitpicky old Japanese dudes anymore.
