KidZania Tokyo with shy 4yo?

Husband and I have been to Japan many times, but this will be our first trip with our daughter.

I had KidZania high on the list of things to do, but after looking into the process it feels stressful and I wonder if it’s worth it?

From what I see, we have to show up by 9am(?) and rush around to book different classes. If we take the evening booking, we still have to show up earlier in the day to get a time slot? We’re staying nearby so this is less of a worry for me, and I’m actually leaning towards the later booking assuming it’s less busy, but would things be booked up already by the time we get there?

My daughter is also quite shy, and I’m wondering if she will want to participate alone. Are parents allowed to stay if the kids are nervous?

Or in general, would we be better to wait a year or two for her to fully enjoy it?
