First time I applied was in Tokyo for april 2024, my coe got rejected (rejection code 4E.4K) as my agency submitted forged bank document even after I provided them with my own.
Second time is for October 2025, different agency, still don't know the rejection reason.
Now I graduated High school back in 2019, tried to go abroad but pandemic hit and failed to do so, enrolled in a local university in late 2020(online) which after lockdown became offline.
Did computer science course for about 2 years and then dropped out of university around december of 2022.
2023 July I applied to TOKYO, and the rest i already wrote. I did get n5 and n4 certificates(jlpt and nat)
After I find out the reason for rejection this time should I fix that and apply again? Are chance of getting rejected again high as i got rejected twice already?
Also I do not have any bachelors degree yet was planning to do that In japan after finishing my language course. Should I just get a degree here in local university and try for japan again later(after 4 years)? Or are there any alternatives for me?
Please do provide your valuable insights , and I apologise if my posts format is wrong or If I'm asking too much questions #coerejectedtwice

The blunt answer is that your immigration record contains a fraudulent application. That is going to haunt you *forever*, especially if you keep applying for student visas.

You have to wait 6 months to re-apply.

Yes. At this point your chances of ever getting a student visa are rapidly approaching zero. Your best shot is getting a degree, finding a job, and trying for a working visa.
