JSPS Standard Form Japan PDF Issue – Has anyone else had text get compressed?

Hey everyone,

I'm currently working on my application for the JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowship (Standard) in Japan, and I've run into a frustrating technical issue.

The text looks perfectly formatted and readable when I'm typing in Microsoft Word. But as soon as I download the file as a PDF, the text gets compressed.

Has anyone else faced this specific problem with the JSPS form? If you've found a solution or a workaround, I would be incredibly grateful for any advice you can offer.
