Quite sadly, this place (Kaiseki in Philly) no longer exists, but the sushi chef who made this has moved on to more lucrative things. He ran this little four-seat shop for many years serving fantastic chirashi bowls for reasonable prices (the Bara Chriashi above was $50 or so). Now he's one of the main chefs at an omakase restaurant that is $400 per person.
