Language schools for zero Japanese

Hello!

I am living and working in Osaka and my partner is coming to join me. Her plan was to apply for a student visa and take a language course to learn the language but the problem is that every school we look at requires JLPT N5 certification. She, unfortunately, does not have any official Japanese classroom hours or certification so none of those schools work.

Does anyone know of any schools that allow for students who are brand new to the language?
