New way to buy Shinkansen tickets, through messaging app, coming this fall

TL;DR Starting October 4th, Shinkansen tickets from JR Central, JR West, and JR Kyushu can be purchased through the Line messaging app. The system allows for reservations up to one month in advance and offers a 100-yen discount.
