Nintendo museum – any hope for tickets?

Hi all,

We are travelling to Japan in early October and we were really hoping to get tickets to the Nintendo museum but unfortunately we didn’t get the tickets through the lottery.

I read that the best time to get tickets after that was 2 weeks after (as some winners didn’t claim their tickets) but although some did come available, not for our dates.

Is there still hope? Do tickets ever come available close to the time for cancellations? Is there a specific time I should be checking?

Kids are so disappointed and hoping there is some way we can get a ticket!
