Have a flight booked for September 13th, just discovered you can no longer buy passes on site. Why they do that???
The web site says up to two weeks for delivery, but I think they offer Fedex or equivalent for express delivery to Canada. Hoping that's the case.
We were planning a six day pass for JR East-South Hokkaido , then a week or so around Tokyo, then another one week National Pass for one of our remaining two weeks. Just to be absolutely sure, each pass is activated when you want it activated, there's no way that ordering two passes for different reqions is going to cause both the be activated at the same time? I know this sounds crazy, but given that you need a passport stamp, it seems crazy not to buy the passes in-country.
