Yesterday I contacted YMCA Yokohama for enrolment in the upcoming april 2026 intake and they responded with one of their requirements being a contact person who can communicate in Japanese and resides in the kanto region. I understand the communication part but where can I find an agent who lives in japan as well. Am I misunderstanding something. Someone please help, thanks.
