Are those water-tank tabletop dishwashers as effective as those traditional western dishwashers?

Since I cannot post pictures in this subreddit, to clarify, the model of water-tank dishwasher is something like Panasonic Solota TML-1W, which uses a fixed watertank rather than the traditional western dishwashers.
