To those of you who converted your licenses at Kadoma, how much Japanese do you need to know? What did you need to explain/listen to?

I'm one of the lucky ones who got an appointment, so I don't want to mess this up. I can currently comfortably speak and listen at an N3 level, and can read/understand vocab at an N2 level. The website says "(注意)日本語でのコミュニケーションが難しい方は、通訳ができる方とご来場ください。" For those of you around or below my level, did you end up needing an interpreter? What kind of things did you have to say/ listen to? I am from a country that is not required to take written or practical tests.
