Since Airbnb isn’t the only/greatest option, any advice on where to stay for 30+ day trip?

I am currently trying to rent through Union Monthly, but may have to find someplace else to rent from if I cannot comfortably translate their wire/bank transfer details. I tried to use my debit card, but it looks like they only accept credit card.

Does anyone have any reliable recommendations for a 34 day stay? I am a woman, technically not traveling by myself, but will be staying by myself.
