5 Lakes recommendations

My wife and I will be going to Lake Shoji for 4N3D end of October. We will be hiring a car to get around and see things. I've got a few things down to do which include Makaino Farm, checking out the 5 lakes and cycling around Lake Kawaguchiko.

We would prefer to avoid the super big crowds like the Pogoda, the Ropway lookout; Oishi Park etc.

So any fun recommendations of things to do or see by car would be very welcome.
