Can I eat thawed frozen salmon more or less safely?


I bought this salmon, it's flash frozen and I kept it in my freezer at -21°C (-5.8°F) for over a week now. The packaging however says "The product can only be consumed after thorough heat treatment." although my guess is this is just to avoid legal liability.

Is it safe to eat it raw once thawed? Any tips to maximize safety without cooking?
