Tokyo, Kyoto, Hokkaido, Kobe in 10 days?

Hi! My partner and I booked our Japan trip for next year February 9-20. We wanted to go to Tokyo, Kyoto, Hokkaido, and Kobe. Would this be doable and how should I go on about planning it? Example: stay in Tokyo for 3 days, then Kyoto, Hokkaido, Kobe. Been watching a lot of videos but so overwhelmed!
