Is there any information on who lives in different areas of Tokyo?

Hi all

I'm wondering if anyone has done any research or demographics of different areas of Tokyo? Specifically I'm interested in which areas have a lot of artists and which have a lot of immigrants? I'm assuming this would partially be based on the location of the universities, but I'm hoping someone has already written this down somewhere.
