Issues with suica and Google wallet

Hi, I've just started my year of study in tokyo, decided to get a new phone as mine was on its way out. Now im trying to set up suica on Google wallet. Long story short, it's recognising I have cards, I can't add them. Osaifu keitai says my cards are undownloadable. And I can't log in to mobile suica 🫠

Does anyone know any fixes or has anyone experienced this at all
