I’m currently traveling in Japan and a bit surprised…even though I walk 10–15 km a day and sweat like crazy, I’ve gained about 2 kg already. 🥲
Since I’m staying in hotels, I don’t have the option to cook for myself. Most meals I grab are restaurant or convenience store food, but it feels like a lot of rice, fried stuff, or heavier meals.
Do you have any recommendations for places or types of food where I can eat healthier while traveling here? Something lighter, with more veggies and less oil, that’s still easy to find while on the go.
