Parfums in Akihabara, real or fake?

I never bought perfume inside Japan, always only during travel at the airports.

Now I noticed that the perfume I wanted to buy next time travelling is apparently not available anymore at Haneda, but accidentally I saw it in Akiba in one of the big stores right at the Main Street, very close to the station (next to Laox).
Somehow theses shops feel fishy though.

Any experiences with them? Bought HW and other stuff before in Akiba without issues, but perfume feels like such a mostly niche touristy thing, I am wondering…
