Hello,
I'm wondering if you are all dealing with this issue as well or if it's just my bad luck. I've made 3 major purchases in Amazon and all three have had very bad quality issues. I've purchased everything from the official sellers as well through Amazon.
-
I ordered a wilson sport bag for tennis (around 10k yen) and within the first week I could already see some of the threading falling apart, even in some of the main parts.
-
I also ordered some tennis sneakers (14k yen) in amazon(hard to find my size in-store) and within 1 month, the sole has started to come out (I assume the Japanese summer heat?) .
-
Last but not least, I had bought a new vacuum(around 50k yen) from a well known brand (Shark) and it seems that after 1 month, the sensor has started to get issues and the suction mode is set to max whenever I use it since the sensor thinks there's dirt etc.
Now all these issues are more related to build quality but I cannot help but think if the items I'm getting from Amazon are actually built at the same quality as the items I buy from the store directly. I know there's an issue with a lot of fakes in Amazon, but just wondering if this is also the case for the official stores and/or if anyone has dealt with similar issues.
