How long does it take to get 28 hours part-time work permit (Shinagawa Immigration)?

Hi everyone,

I applied for the 28 hours/week part-time work permit (資格外活動許可) at Shinagawa Immigration about 1 month and 1 week ago, but I still haven’t received any result.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes right now? Should I be worried or is this normal?
