Please if you can help me out with my itenerary. its my first time in japan and i am solotraveling. i cant tell if im overdoing it or missing something. any tips or changes are very welcome.
some background info. im flying in and out from tokyo so it has to be my start and end point im solo traveling and have from the 5th december to the 20th december

Land in Tokyo transfer fly to hokkaido
day 2-3(6-7 dec)

 Odori Park illuminations
 Susukino district
 Onzens
 Natureparks
 Day trip til Otaru
 Otaru Canal & historic warehouses
 Glass & music box workshops
 Otaru Sushi Street (lunch)
Day 4 (8dec)
KYOTO
fly back to Tokyo direct to kyoto with shinkanzen
check in hotel and night stroll if energy
Day 5-7 (9dec-11dec)
KYOTO
 Kiyomizu-dera Temple
 Higashiyama historic district
 optional tea ceremony.Â
 Fushimi Inari Taisha
 Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion)
 Ryoan-ji Zen Garden.
 Day trip:
 Todai-ji Temple
 Nara Park
 Kasuga Taisha Shrine
 Return to Kyoto.
Day8-9 (12dec-13dec)
OSAKA
Train to Osaka
 Osaka Castle
 Osaka Museum of History
 Dotonbori district (street food & lights)
 Umeda Sky Building.
 day trip:
 Himeji Castle & Kobe
 OR
 Osaka local temples (Shitenno-ji, Sumiyoshi  Taisha).
day 10-16 (14dec-dec20)
TOKYO
Shinkansen to Tokyo
 Explore Akihabara and Shibuya
 Tokyo Skytree / Roppongi Hills illumination.
 Nezu Museum
 Kagurazaka (old geisha streets)
 traditional tea ceremony.
 Sengaku-ji Temple (47 Ronin)
 Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum
 evening winter illuminations.
 Day trip:
 Great Buddha
 Hase-dera Temple Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine
 Return to Tokyo.
 Day trip:
 Kurazukuri Street
 Kita-in Temple
 Return to Tokyo.
