My glasses snapped right down the bridge earlier this week, and I'm considering getting new ones instead of just replacing the frame. I got a quote for 50-60k here at the local AOKI, but I'm not sure how to judge that price considering my vision being really bad(well below -10 in both eyes) probably jacks up the price a lot. Is there anywhere in Tokyo that would potentially be able to both do a good job with my high prescription and also be at a lower price? Thanks!
Also, is there anywhere that'd be able to fix those old glasses(I'm not expecting much, since I was also told at AOKI that they'd snap again pretty easily because of where the fracture is, but asking just in case)?
Edit: Thanks for all the recommendations! Another follow-up question: Would it be best to get a prescription done at the same store, or would it be better to find a separate clinic?
