I started using paypay roughly a few months ago and it has an option to automatically buy S&P500 ETF with my points. I get about 4~8 points per day on average and for 3 months it resulted 11% gains . I believe if I use paypay even longer the gap between my capital and gains will further widen. No sweat, just DCA and don’t think about it.

What were you spending a day to get the points?
Roughly a few months ago. Yeah so … basically you timed it extremely well.
I thought there was a way to automatically invest Rakuten points in their active fund (without opening a securities account) but I looked today and there doesn’t seem to be? Only the 0.1% yearly interest option.
While that’s nice for points in their own, getting your points into NISA is the real deal.
If you use Microsoft Edge, I recommend using Bing Rewards. For about 10.2k points you can exchange it for 1200 PayPay points which is pretty great since all you need to earn Bing points is just to do whatever you’re doing on other browsers ie searching the web and reading news articles
How are you buying S&PETF with such small amounts of points, or is it fractional buying?
