Just a question for Japanese people , Doesn’t Japan have a retirement system/fund where there is a retirement age ( e.g 60 or 65) then those elderly people can just retire on this age or probably work on other hobby easy job
In many countries, there is a percentage ( typically 10% to 12%) that is taken from the salary since start working from all work force , these funds used to fund retirement system
I am asking this question, because , is very strange for me ( based on where I come from Arab Gulf Country) to see very old people in Japan that they still work , some of them I reckon they are in their 70s !!
