Long story short – my company is offering me a "Voluntary Separation Agreement", and one of the points being highlighted is being able to take advantage of a 転職支援 service.
As they tell it, these services are different form recruitment agencies – even though they are supposed to help candidates find a new role – because the service is paid by the company instead of them making money on commission when a placement does happen.
Does anyone here have experience with such services? Are they worth dealing with and/or any different from normal recruiters?
