Experience with Sakai moving company? How does it work?

Hello,

I am going to move from Tokyo to Osaka at the end of October and will be using Sakai for the first time. So far I have these questions to under the general flow:

1. While I know they can do all the packing and unpacking for you, how about random in the room such as clothes, small storages, or random stuff like cookwares, hangers, a lot of shoes, unfinished rice packs, etc. Like, really random stuff. Should I pre-pack those in advance in boxes or suitcase? Or are they gonna do it on the day? Is there anything I need to tidy in advance?

2. Regarding the moving, I am only given 2 days to move and will have to return my apartment on the last day. I would also be receiving the new apartment on that last day. Can everything be cleared up and transported same day? Or I would have to have them over in advance and stay in a hotel for a night? Considering that I need to be at the moved-in apartment to be ready for them?

3. Is there anything else I need to know?

P/s: all costs are paid by my company. I just have to use Sakai.
