Volunteer opportunities for English teachers?

I'm staying in Tokyo for a few months and would like to dedicate some of my time to volunteering – specifically teaching/tutoring English.

I have volunteer teaching experience in the US and a TEFL certificate. Unfortunately, my Japanese is very limited.

Would anyone know any relevant organizations in Tokyo I could get involved with? TIA
