Hi!
So to start: We want to see Hiroshima and Miyajima, but we only have 1 day for both. The only other option is just forgetting Miyajima, since seeing the memorials is a must-do for my boyfriend. But I'd love to see at least the floating torii gates.
For the rest of our Japan trip, our itinerary is a lot more relaxed. Super strict and timed itineraries make me cringe a bit, but because we have to take ferry and Shinkansen times in consideration, I had to make it timed. Yes I know we will be a bit rushed, and yes I understand there is a lot more to see, but it's either not visit Miyajima or get a glimpse of both!
My question is: Is this itinerary doable? Are there better options? If this works, what should I book, reserve or do in advance?
