Hi, I teach at several universities in Kyoto and wondering if there are any international/ exchange students who want to meet Japanese students. They are eager to meet new people and practice their communication skills. Maybe we can do a picnic somewhere. Let me know!

Maybe Kansai gaidai is a good place to start. The foreign students are in a different program to the Japanese and so they often don’t comingle
A bit far from Kyoto but Gaidai for sure. Yes, that’s the problem. There’s no interaction between international and Japanese students. Hope to change that.
Hi, I’m in Kyoto for this fall semester as an exchange student from Poland. I’m open to meeting new people! Although I don’t speak any Japanese yet.
Actually just made a reddit post about this the other day – I arrived in Kyoto a few weeks ago and am enrolled in a program at Doshisha! Really want to meet local students so would absolutely be down for attending!
