Just got my 3-year visa extension despite not really deserved (IMO)

Hello everyone. I was really excited to receive my 3-year visa extension after my first year in Japan, but in the meantime I wasn't so sure if I really deserve it or not.

I'm 24 years old, Vietnamese, holding bachelor degree in Japanese business affair (from college in Vietnam) and JLPT N3. I came to Japan to work since Sep 2024 under Engineer/Specialist in Humanities (技人国) visa, doing cleaning and food preparation in a ryokan, which should be a red flag. I quit the ryokan job after 6 months, being unemployed for 2 months before working basically part-time (the term in my contract is 非正規労働者) at a Technical Trainee supervising organization for another 3 months before reaching an agreement to work 5 days per week since Jul 2025. According to what I found, 非正規 employee is also another red flag for 技人国 visa, since it's closer to パート/アルバイト than 正社員, and working only part-time job is strictly prohibited in 技人国 visa. So my thought was either my extension application will be rejected or 1 year extension, but somehow I got a 3 year extension. Am I really deserve it?
