What’s considered a good exchange rate for AUD to JPY?

I’m travelling to Japan and using a Wise Card. I know a good thing about wise is that you can lock in a desired exchange rate. Only thing is, I don’t know what’s considered good for the Aus Dollar. Right now, it’s at 1 AUD = 98 JPY. Is that good? Or should I wait..
