Looking for a free or very cheap bicycle (pedal or electric) near Kasai, Tokyo

Hi everyone,

Writing this on behalf of my aunt, she lives in Igashi Kasai and she’s in need of a bicycle (ordinary pedal or electric). Unfortunately her budget is very tight, so I’m hoping someone might be giving one away or know of a good place to get one free or extremely cheap.

What she’s looking for:
A bicycle that’s rideable (even if it needs minor repairs)
If electric, something simple and still working
Preferably not too far from Kasai / Tokyo so she can pick up easily

If you have one or know of someone moving out who wants to get rid of theirs or any shop / group that sometimes gives away bikes, I’d really appreciate leads. Thank you!
