26 days Itinerary review – Need feedback !

Good day everyone, I'm getting ready to go to japan for the second time, and this time, my tour is gonna be divided in 4 chapters, Sapporo/Fukuoka/Osaka/Tokyo

–

December 19 : Arrival in Haneda (Staying near the airport)
December 20-22 : Sapporo
December 23-26 : Fukuoka (+ Day Trip Kumamoto + Day Trip Nagasaki)
December 27-31 : Osaka (+ Day Trip Nara/Kobe/Kyoto/Universal)
January 1st-10th : Tokyo (With short trip to Nagano + daytrip fuji)

As you see, i'm doing short hops everywhere, hence the trickiness of the schedule, in more details, here it is :

As you can see, for the last part of the trip I didn't plan much of Tokyo because I really want us to take these days super chill without stressing about the itinerary as we do on the first part.

The first part of the trip is quite packed and if you got any recommandations about things to cut or things that we must see, please do !

I've been previously a single time to Osaka/Nara/Kyoto/Tokyo but all the rest is gonna be a first for me.

Here is the itinerary in more details :

Dec 19–20 – Tokyo (Haneda/Kawasaki) ➜ Sapporo
19: Arrival at Haneda around 10pm → Staying in a hotel in Kawasaki 20m away from the airport, will grab dinner at an Izayaka and rest to be fresh for what follow
20: Easy morning in Tokyo, probably quick sightseeing of Shinjuku and back to HND ~2pm to fly at 4pm to Sapporo

Dec 20–22 – Sapporo (Hokkaido)
20 : Check-in at our hotel and quick stroll around Polar Town, few beers & arcade
21: Day trip to Otaru (Sakaimachi street, Letao museum & musicbox museum), back to Sapporo by 1pm to go eat at Nijo Market, afterwards we'll visit the Beer Museum & underground malls to finish the day at Susukino
22: Shiroi Koibito Park early the morning, then taxi to Jozankei onsens, we'll take another taxi to Mount Moiwa to spend a few moments Skiing. We'll probably take the ropeway for sunset and figure out the evening

Dec 23–26 – Fukuoka (Kyushu) with Kumamoto & Nagasaki
23: Breakfast in Sapporo, arriving in Fukuoka at around 5pm, we're staying at the Luigans Spa & Resort so we'll probably just go eat in Saitozaki that evening and rest a bit
24: The path is supposed to be : Miyajidake Shrine → Fukuoka Tower → Ohori Park → stroll around Tenjin/Hakata → sunset at Mt Komonji → yatai strolls for dinner and probably an izayaka to finish the night
25: Day trip to Kumamoto with a guide to follow the One Piece statue route and then it's evening in Hakata
26: Day trip to Nagasaki (Peace Park & Museum → Dejima → Chinatown → Glover Garden → Mt Inasa ropeway for sunset) → back to Hakata.

Dec 27–31 – Osaka (Kansai) with Kyoto/Nara/Kobe
27: We arrive by shinkansen early in the morning → do the Osaka classics (Dotonbori, Umeda Sky, Osaka Castle).
28: Aquarium (Kaiyukan) → Universal Studios Japan → arcade & chill in dotonbori at night.
29: Kyoto day trip, we take an early train and do the temples loop (Kiyomizu, Kinkaku-ji, Arashiyama, Fushimi Inari if time) then roam in Naramoncho, afterwards it's back to Osaka in the evening. We'll probably go straight to the hotel, chill in the onsen & sleep
30: Early day trip to Nara to see the deers & Tōdai-ji, head to Kobe by lunch hour for some Kobe beef but honestly I don't know what to do in Kobe so any suggestions appreciated, we'll be back to Osaka by night.
31: Wrap up Osaka → Shinkansen around 2pm to Tokyo for NYE in Shibuya. Long sleepless night incoming (We booked an hotel in Shinjuku to crash asleep if needed though)

Jan 1–10 – Tokyo (Kanto) with Kawaguchiko & Nagano
1: Probably the first sunset at the Tokyo Tower if we're still standing and then moving to our main hotel in Ariake → rest day.
2–3: Planned NOTHING
4: Day trip to Fuji (Kawaguchiko), will probably explore and head back to Tokyo after the sunset.
5: We'll go to to Nagano/Yamanouchi to see the Snow Monkeys, stay in Shibu Onsen for the 9 bath-hopping → back to Tokyo on the 6th by midday.
6–9: Planned NOTHING
10: Fly out of Haneda.
