My group was a bit delayed on choosing our week 2 hotels, so we’re picking through some high prices for the last week of September.
For a solo female (we all are picking our own hotels week 2 and simply meeting up for stuff), would staying at Centurion in Ikebukuro be good? Or would you recommend Mejiro or baba if I can get a good price there and simply commuting there for any solo shopping I may wanna do at Sunshine City and the various anime/manga stores?
I like convenience, but I also want some quiet time when needed. Decent rooms are also a bonus.
