Connecting flight in Haneda

Hi everyone,
I would like to buy a ticket from Paris to Osaka, but since there are no direct flights, or they are very expensive. I’m considering flying into Haneda and then taking a flight to Osaka Itami, which seems like the best option.
I wanted to ask whether I’ll need to collect my checked luggage to go through customs, or if it will be automatically transferred to my final destination. If I do need to collect it, how much time would you recommend leaving between my arrival in Haneda and the domestic flight?
